Monkey Catz delivers Australia-wide. For international orders, please contact us directly.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days after production.
• Express Delivery: 3–5 business days after production.

Custom orders may require additional time for production, typically 3–5 business days.

3. Delivery Fees

• Fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
• Free delivery on orders over AUD 100 (Australia only).
• Free delivery on orders over R1000 (South Africa only).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Undelivered or Lost Items

If your package does not arrive within the specified timeframe, contact us at info@monkeycatz.com. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.
